Ollie has been CFO of multiple companies and has successfully guided them from startup to scaleup. Ollie has raised £30m+ for early stage companies and has an extensive global network of investors and board executives.

Prior to working with startups, Ollie was a management consultant at KPMG specialising in finance transformation. As a Chartered Accountant with a Master’s from the University of Cambridge in Bioscience Enterprise, Ollie has the unique ability to create simple and scalable business solutions whilst also providing value-add advice to the C-suite and Board of Directors.

Paul has an extensive career in assisting early stage companies through growth phases and international complexity with efficient processes and solutions. Most recently, Paul has assisted two Bioscience companies, from day to day finance operations to R&D tax credits.

Paul spent 10 years as FD of a scale up retail company with >£50m revenue and 250 staff where he was responsible for Finance, HR, Logistics and Legal.

Prior to this, Paul spent 20 years with HSBC providing strategic guidance to over 200 companies by helping them structure their operations with customised finance solutions.
